final project (3 module)

Nowdays there are a lot of hunters on sea inhabitants. These hunters catch whales, dolphins, turtles and fish. There are only 3 thousand whales and only 1 thousand killer whales left in the world. Every day about 200-300 sea inhabitants are killed. In this regard, I would like to open a rehabilitation center for dolphins, whales and Beluga whales. There would be volunteers who would like to help mammals. They would help wounded animals that hunters wanted to kill. Also in Russia there is a "Whale Prison" in which poachers grow and then kill whales to earn money If I opened my rehabilitation center, I would have two main goals.
In first I would helped all animals, on which now preyed upon and those which are in " Whale Prison." And secondly, I would like to pass a law that prohibits hunting sea inhabitants. I would like to open my rehabilitation center in the ocean, so that the fish are comfortable with treatment and that they do not strain and feel at home. I think it's a good idea to make the world a better .If I opened my rehabilitation center, I would use this picture to advertise my project.

1. Location

The territory of the United States is very large, it is 9.834 million km2. A long time ago it was divided into 50 States. The flag has 50 stars, they represent the States. Each state has different weather, different population. Each state has its own coat of arms. I want to tell you about one of the States. It's called Pennsylvania. It is Centralia, it 50 years ago under the ground started a fire.Half a century ago, a landfill fire in the Pennsylvanian town of Centralia spread underground to an abandoned coal mine. The blaze has been burning beneath the community ever since.Fears about toxic gases and dangerous sinkholes led the authorities to evacuate more than 1,000 people from the town in the 1980s. Around 500 structures were demolished as part of the multi-million dollar federal relocation scheme.Over 30 years, the population has decreased 100 times. More than 1,000 residents left Centralia, for the year 2013 the population is only 9 people

  • Burning man

The first Burning man festival was held in 1986 on a beach in San Francisco. A small group of friends gathered to fool around and burn the statue of the wooden man. It turned out fun, we decided to repeat a year later, and then two. The number of participants grew rapidly! At this festival there are 10 rules that must always be observed. For example: at the festival there is no police, for the safety and order of the participants themselves are responsible; after the festival you need to get out, so that no one guessed that yesterday there was a festival. The main idea is that a lot of people gather in the desert. They set fire to a large wooden statue and look at it. During this festival, a large market opens. Tourists buy different things, have fun and enjoy the atmosphere of the festival.

breaking news

Every second in the world a lot of things happen. Wars, conflicts between countries, someone died, someone was born, hurricanes, explosions of volcanoes and much more. I want to talk about natural news.
The first news about unusual weather.
Heavy weather. People who live in in the area where the Catatumbo river meets Lake Maracibo have dark clouds most of the year. Clouds crush into each other and cause a violent lightning that can last up till 10 hours. Every cloud had a silver lightning storm, thet produces nitrogen oxide, which helps to restore the ozon layer. Another kind of a lightning is a ball lightning.Fire from the sky. A fire tornado  can happen when the high temperatures mix with the strong winds. They are usually about 300-450 metres hight, but they can be bigger. In 1923 the Great Kanto Earthquake in Japan ingnifited the largest fire tornado in histoy, killing 38000 people in 15 minutes. A watery tale. The rain of fish has been happening every year in Honduras. Locals believe that is is a micacle, but scientist think the fish are from underground riers.
The second news about crazy man-Martin.
When a volcano erupts, German engineer Martin Rietze, on the other hand, grabs his camera and tries to get as close as he can and stay alive at the same time! He's so close that he can feel the heat burning his face even through his gas mask. He can't stay this close for too long because the gases and acids will destroy his camera, but Martin Rietze waits just long enough to see flaming hot lava and ash explode out of the crater and gets the perfect shot. Martin is a freelance photographer whose stunning photographs of volcanic eruptions are in high demand with newspapers and magazines all over the world. The final results though, Martin's shots of volcanic lightning- a phenomenon that still mystifies scientists - are definitely worth it!
The third news about Aron.
Aron had gone climbing alone many times before, only this time, he hadn't told anyone where he was going. Aron carried only a containing a small first aid kit, a knife, a video camera, one litre of water, and a few snacks.  Aron had been climbing all day and was about to stop, disaster struck; a 365-kilo boulder moved and trapped his arm against the canyon wall.  was no way he could move. backpackD There Aron used his video camera to keep a video diary and then to record a goodbye message to his parents.  On the fifth day, Aron reached a decision to do the one thing -the only thing-that could save his life: He administered first aid to cut off his own arm. To himself, then he climbed down nearly 21 metres to the canyon floor. After hiking 8 km, he came across a Dutch family who gave him water and helped him to walk on. Meanwhile, Aron's friends and family had realised he was missing and notified authorities.
Fourth news about Hurricane 'Katrina'.
Hurricane Katrina was one of the most severe storms ever to hit the Atlantic coast with a wind speed of more than 270 km per hour. As he strengthened over the Gulf of Mexico, the mayor of New Orleans declared a state of emergency and began evacuating from the city. When the eye of the storm missed the city for about 72 km, everyone thought that the worst was over, but they were very wrong.
On Tuesday, 23rd August, 2005, a tropical storm formed over the Bahamas, about 560 km east of Miami, Florida. By August 25, the storm had strengthened and become Hurricane Katrina. Residents of the ch of New Orleans had no idea that within days, 80% of their city would be underwater in one of the worst disasters in US history
I would also like to tell you about the most popular news in our time.
It was at 10 am on 12th April, 1961 when Radio Moscow interrupted scheduled broadcasting to announce something truly historic and magnificent. "Here is our special news," it stated. The first cosmi spaceship named Vostok 1 with a man on board has orbited around Earth from the Soviet Union. It orbited the Earth once at a speed of 27,000 kilometers per hour for a total duration of 108 minutes.
The ships flight path took it up to space and over the Pacific Ocean, South America, across the equator, and the South Atlantic before re-entering the Earth's atmosphere and landing at Engels.  The Soviet Union had beaten the USA in the race to get the first man into space and Yuri Gargarin had become that man.
